Made of a  stretchy 100% cotton 1 X 1 rib knit and sewn with cotton thread. Long sleeved, with a high waist and 3 fancy tiers in the skirt that are joined with a ruffly pearl stitch. The sleeves and hem are also finished in the single lettuce ruffle style. The neck has a double needle rib binding for strength. Very feminine for those little princesses in your life!
